Here’s just a brief note about this post. I realize this can be a sensitive topic, but please don’t let that discourage you from reading. These posts focus on what God is doing in the world, and not on any one political figure. I coach people from both sides of the political spectrum and my focus is helping them have a better life. Whatever your take is on things politically, you might be surprised by some of what you read below. If fact, as it often happens, I set out to write one thing, looked closely at what it actually says in the Word, and a different post emerged.

And again, there is much more to come as I create things, including more frequent posts. Thanks in advance for everyone’s patience.

When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously. Daniel 6:10 (ESV)

(1) Get Insight into protection

In this post, I examine what Scripture says about God's protection, and use the recent Trump assassination attempt to highlight some key factors. Understanding more of God's protection can enable us to get more power from the Word, and be more protected ourselves.

Here I provide insight into how God protected this country from great unrest and saved us from a lot of pain, no matter what side of the political spectrum you’re on. If we understand more of what happened and how it aligns with Scripture, we can be wiser in the middle of all this craziness.

Examining this event more might be hard for some people because Trump is often a polarizing figure. But the goal here is to look at what God is doing these days, versus focusing on any one candidate or person.
